EQUINOX WRITES: "Unless otherwise noted all contrails appeared within a five minute period in an otherwise clear sky. Any normal contrails formed throughout the day quickly dissipated, these photographed lingered and stayed for hours. The area is the NW area the lower penninsula of Michigan, the city of Cadillac to be precise. Taken at about 1:00 PM on March 31, 1999."
