STRANGE HAZE
...over San Francisco, California
From Adam, who states: "The attatched photo was taken looking south off the SF Bay Bridge. The trail at left covers the Oakland bay area. The middle trail covers the bay water and the one at right, SF city. These contrails stretched and remained from horizon to horizon. The fact that they are perfectly parallel to each other eliminates the possibility of commercial airline traffic. The contrail traffic that day was heavy enough to prompt me to grab the camera and get some pics. I'll send more pics as I get the chance to scan. There has not been one incident nor news story reported concerning what so often looks like an airshow. Call me a paranoid but that doesn't mean there isn't a reason not to be. This isn't an over active imagination that's scarring the skies here. cheers"
