It looks like March 17, 1999 was a busy day in Georgia. Unusual contrails were spotted in north Atlanta, in Covington, as well as between Atlanta and Macon.
These three sets were taken roughly within 60 minutes of each other.
(And as if this issue wasn't confusing enough, on Art Bell's March 17th show about contrails, a strange new twist surfaced when he spoke with researcher Linda Moulton Howe. Several people say they have seen odd, shiny metal spheres within the contrails themselves. The Covington photos seem to show something similar, however, it's difficult to be sure).
